Hi, I’m Rosie.

I’m a Partner at Freeman Johnson Solicitors, specialising in Corporate transactions and Dispute Resolution. We have offices in Darlington, Durham and Northallerton. I enjoy assisting clients with Share Purchase Agreements, drafting corporate documents, resolving contract or property disputes, and court advocacy.

As a passionate Ambassador for Alzheimer’s Society, my role is to raise awareness of the many forms of dementia and signpost people to get support they need. I run free ‘Dementia Friends’ sessions on request to explain common symptoms, practical solutions, and promote dignity and respect within the community.

I practice mindfulness and meditation through yoga, pilates and gardening. For me, it’s important to connect with nature and our Earth on a spiritual level.

Being a host for Assist Womens Network in Darlington is another way of me giving back to the community and putting my skills to good use. Connecting like-minded business women who support each other is exciting. The network is the ideal environment to inspire fresh ideas, share upcoming events, and celebrate success.
