Motun is a self-motivated and goal-oriented human resources professional with substantial customer service expertise. She is open-minded and contributes to team efforts and organisational changes through collaborating, communicating, and resolving conflicts. She is an excellent problem solver who appreciates producing ideas and coordinating efforts toward a common goal. 

Motun joined Assist Women as a Business Manager in December 2021. She is married with two children and is a full-time master’s student in Human Resource Management (Applied) at Teesside University. She adores her family and enjoys meeting new people.
