Liz is a communication specialist based in Redcar and is a published author of business book ‘Refreshing Comms’. She runs her own business helping organisations improve communication to increase engagement and buy-in.

With a background that includes 10+ years experience in business improvement and culture change, she brings a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, human behaviours and workplace relationships for more impactful, strategic internal communication.

Working at leadership and management level, Liz helps organisations with translating their business strategy, vision and values into meaningful, everyday messaging for internal audiences. Familiar with the mix of operational, relational and cultural challenges that employer organisations face, she promotes a proactive and inclusive approach to addressing these through intentional communication and practical frameworks. 

Uniquely, Liz is skilled also in developing and crafting high-value content and messaging to support and drive key people and change initiatives. Having spent several years mastering the art of brand strategy and creative copywriting to add to her skill set, she’s able to support clients in establishing their own consistent, authentic employer voice within their comms.
