ASSIST BOOK CLUB HOST

Teesside based Girl-Friday providing administrative support throughout the UK. Background in Defence, spanning all three Armed Forces. 
 
Joined the Royal Navy in 1991, served throughout the UK and at sea. Providing a high level of administrative and secretarial support. Experienced in HR, Payroll and Budget Management coupled with a keen interest in Hockey and running… albeit very slowly. Completed two Great South Runs and survived, wasn’t last either which came as a huge shock. Finally left the Royal Navy in 2011 and moved across to the British Army, where she was trained and deployed as an armed deterrent. Policing entrances and exits to UK military bases in North Yorkshire. To complete the three services which was and is an unintentional achievement, Elizabeth moved across to the Royal Air Force in 2019. Supporting media and communications at RAF Leeming as a reservist. More recently Elizabeth secured a part time role within the Civil Service, supporting Operational Training.
 
Balancing family commitments with work and voluntary commitments on Teesside. A keen supporter of choice and safety for women, Elizabeth is dedicated to her role as Trustee at My Sisters Place.
