Hi I’m Debbie

I live in Darlington, so I’m delighted to be one of your Assist Hosts for the area.

I’m Head of Human Resources for a business in Melsonby, North Yorkshire. I’ve worked in HR for over 15 years, in private, public and third sector roles. Before HR, I’d held various management position, within the hospitality and retail industries.

I’m a cardio queen, so in my spare time you’ll probably find me in the gym, doing, Step, RPM, Body Pump and Body Combat [not usually on the same day, although it has been known].  I try to live a healthy balanced life, and I’m an advocate for promoting health and wellbeing at work.

I also love going on holiday, some of my favourite destinations are, Barbados, Thailand, Mexico, and Croatia.
