She has recently launched a social enterprise called Shout Louder CIC to help amplify voices on social and wellness issues. The first initiative is ‘Unmuting Menopause’ ‘is designed to help and advise organisations with their workplace Menopause awareness and policy provision. The idea is that it will bring evidence based information about all things Menopause through community events and personalised workshops by providing content from trusted medical and wellbeing sources and legal professionals.
