My role involves growing my ecosystem to connect businesses, enhancing networking and adding value to startups and SMEs through our Barclays Eagle Lab proposition and national connectivity. 

I have been with Barclays for 16 years, progressing from Cashier, Personal Banker, Small Business Manager to my current role. As a working mother, building my career over the years has presented challenges, but I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and overcome obstacles. I believe strongly in wellbeing and the importance of kindness, both towards others and ourselves. 

Organizing events and facilitating networking opportunities is my passion; you never know who might be present on any given day. Additionally, working with women in technology, female founders and women in leadership  is particularly inspiring and fills me with pride.
