Rachel Gray has lived in Middlesbrough all her life and is a passionate advocate for the local community and female empowerment. As Assistant Principal at Middlesbrough College, she has been leading Adult and Community Learning for the past seven years, bringing over 14 years of experience in Further and Adult Education. Before this, Rachel built a strong foundation in Early Years education and has been in management roles for over 16 years.

 

Committed to making a difference, Rachel is a dedicated trustee for the Halo Project, supporting vital initiatives that empower women and protect vulnerable individuals. She is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for adults in education and ensuring lifelong learning is accessible to all.

 

Beyond her professional career, Rachel is a lifelong football fan and proud Boro supporter. She loves watching the game and cheering on her two children in their own sporting journeys.
