I’m Libby an experienced Diversity and Inclusion professional leading strategy at Sytner Group, I’ve been part of Assist since an International Women’s Day event in 2024 and really love the way that Assist is committed to creating a space for Women to thrive in the Tees Valley space.

I started actively working within D&I 5 years ago but it has always had a natural impact on my life. I started working at Sytner Group in April 2023 as the Group D&I Lead, and I spent my time UK hosting workshops, developing the Colleague Network Groups and getting to know the brilliant people we have within the organisation. I’ve always taken great joy in creating spaces where people feel safe to thrive.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, having days out exploring museums and will always have time for a good book!
