Hi, I’m Alli, the founder of MenoMorphose, an executive menopause coaching service based in Redcar and Cleveland. My journey into menopause coaching began after I rapidly became postmenopausal due to cancer treatment. This experience inspired me to create the support and information I wished I had during my recovery.

With a strong science background and over 20 years of strategic experience in the charity sector, primarily as an Operations Manager, I have combined my knowledge in ways I had not imagined to build my business, and to support my work with Assist.

I’m passionate about improving women’s health outcomes, promoting equality, and encouraging aspiration and I’m proud to be part of the Assist Women’s Network, helping address the imbalances faced by women and girls in the north-east. Through programmes like Widening Horizons, which aims to improve aspiration for secondary school girls, and ASATT, empowering Tees Valley women and girls to lead the way to a brighter future, we are making a positive impact together.
